• Regional and RTO-level automotive intelligence.

• Historical trend analysis and AI-driven projections.

• OEM and enterprise-focused insights and dashboards.

• Market research and business intelligence services.

The platform is intended for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, investment, or commercial advice.

3. Data Sources

MotoIntel.ai obtains and processes information from:

• Authorized and licensed sources;

• Publicly available information;

• Aggregated datasets;

• Historical market information;

• Proprietary analytical models and AI-based prediction engines.

MotoIntel.ai does not knowingly collect, process, or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as part of its core services.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invincible Ocean Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of:
